Talmud Class:
Rabbi Lazer teaches Talmud every Sunday morning after services at
approximately 9:45 a.m. Current study is Baba Metzia chapter 6 "Hasocher
Es Haumnin".


Parsha Class:
Rabbi Lazer teaches Parsha Class at Congregation Beth Tefilah every
Wednesday at 7:30pm.


Beginning a weekly Pirkei Avot Class for Women:
A weekly Pirkei Avot class for women will be held on Shabbat afternoon
at 6:00 pm at the Rabbi and Rebbetzins home, 543 Huron St.  Should you
have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Basie.


Lag B’Omer, Sunday May 2, 2010, Family Barbecue Picnic:
The family barbecue picnic will be held on the new patio and children’s
room at Beth Tefilah. After lunch and weather permitting it is our goal
to invite children and adults to sports, games and fun in the play area
behind the Shull. The appetizing barbecue lunch will begin at 11:30 AM,
the fun and games will wrap up at 1:30 PM. Admission: $5.00 per child.
$10.00 per adult. $25.00 cap per family. Please keep an eye out for
further notices in the mail.


JLI Semester:
The Spring Semester Course is Beyond Never Again -  How the Holocast
Speaks to Us Today, will be offered at Beth Tefilah on six consecutive
Tuesdays and commences April 29, 2010.  Please register for the course
by going to www.bethtefilah.org and click on the link for the Jewish
Learning Institute.  The fee for this semester is $89.00.
