Rabbi Lazer Away from London
Rabbi Lazer will be away in New York from Thursday, December 27, 
returning January 4 attending a family wedding.  He will be available 
during his stay in New York through his cell phone and via email.
Rabbi Lazer will be away again January 11-13 at a speaking engagement.

Tax Receipts:
Year end is rapidly approaching.  If you haven't paid your dues or High 
Holiday pledge and still want a tax receipt for 2018, please make your 
payment via cheque to the shul or by credit card through Canada Helps. 
Receipts for tax purposes will be available by the end of February.

New Chairs
We thank the Bottner and Frydman families for the donation of the new 
chairs and carpet at the Shull. The donation was made in memory of 
Jack's mother, Irene Kasner-Bottner, Miriam bat Yaakov v'Chanah, and in 
memory of Zelig Frydman, loving husband, father and zaidah to Renie, 
Larry, William, Rachelle, Jonathan, Dara, Asher and Elyse. May their 
memory be for a blessing and may the many hours of Torah and Tefilah in 
these chairs and on these carpet serve as an eternal merit to their souls.

Shul Programs

Rosh Chodesh Society - Tuesday January 8, 7:30 PM
Rosh Chodesh Society: It’s About Time, is a women’s topical discussion 
group led by Rebbetzin Basie that meets once a month at the homes of 
community members. Each month the group explores the Kabbalistic 
energies attributed to the month in a practical life lesson. The next 
session will take place at the home of Sharon Richman, 14 Dune Drive 
#29, on Tuesday January 8, 7:30 PM. The topic of discussion will be Food 
and Focus: The Kabbalah of spiritual Dieting.

Talmud Class
Rabbi Lazer teaches Talmud every Sunday morning after services at 
approximately 9:45 AM. Current study is tractate Makot chapter three.

Sunday Hebrew School
The next Hebrew School date will be January If you would like to learn 
more about Time for Torah Hebrew School, or to register your child for
